Laurie Bevan has an extensive 35 years experience in major commercial, industrial, petrochemical, and mining losses within Australia and overseas. Laurie's loss adjustment experience includes the investigation and settlement of many significant insurance claims, ranging from major fire and business interruption losses, locomotive/ore car derailment, contract works and cyclonic storm damage.

Andrew has been Chief Executive Officer of Crawford Australia since November 2004 having previously been deputy CEO and is responsible for developing and implementing group strategy with a focus on improving and sustaining profitability, growth and brand awareness. In addition to handling major fire, mining and business interruption losses, Andrew has acted as the lead adjuster in Australia's largest malicious product tamper (extortion) claims. Other significant experience includes large political risks, CAR, professional indemnity and product liability claims.

Tim commenced his loss adjusting career in England in 1986 and has held various management positions within the industry. In 2001, Tim moved to Sydney, Australia and by 2004 was managing director and later Australasia regional manager representing interests in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands for a competing loss adjusting firm. During his employment Tim successfully led the drive to reduce the companies operating costs and improve profitability.

Martin Miller is the national technical manager of financial & forensic accounting services at Crawford & Company. He heads up operations, sales, account management and overall control of the division to enhance Crawford's profile, positioning and profitability of the company, leveraging existing client relationships and driving new business opportunities. Martin has over 19 years experience in forensic loss adjusting and has worked extensively on multi-million dollar financial risk claims in the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia Pacific, USA and French Polynesia.

Marc is the Victorian state manager and has an extensive 27 years experience in property and casualty loss adjusting throughout Europe, USA and Australia. Marc has gained considerable experience in handling a wide variety of claims throughout his career from small commercial to complex multi million dollar material damage, product liability and business interruption claims for a variety of industries. Marc is also responsible for driving new business opportunities and leveraging existing client relationships, in particular co-ordinating multi-national accounts.

Darren McKinnon is the Queensland State Manager for Crawford & Company and heads up the Liability division within Queensland. Darren has been associated with the Insurance Industry all his working life since commencing in 1978. He held various management roles before entering the loss adjusting field in 1991. In October 2002, he joined Crawford & Company in Brisbane as liability loss adjuster.

Andrew entered the Insurance Industry in 1989 and has been Loss Adjusting since 1994. Andrew has experience in handling a variety of large claims including major fire, contract works and liability matters. Andrew was appointed State Manager (SA & NT) in February 2007 and more recently Regional Manager (SA, WA & NT) in November 2008.

Peter commenced as a training loss adjuster in 1980, specialising in engineering class losses. After several years of engineering adjusting, Peter took up property adjusting, gaining valuable experience and now handles major losses in Tasmania. He is recognised for his experience in major losses and is a preferred adjuster with major insurers. Peter is a past president of Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (Tasmania). Peter is a qualified electrical mechanic and experienced engineering underwriter.

John Moon is Head of the Global Technical Services division of Crawford & Company in Australia. He heads up a team of over 40 professional staff who specialise in major and complex claims. John has responsibility for delivery of quality, compliance and profitability, as well as driving sales, account management and marketing activity, to enhance Crawford's profile, and positioning in the market.

Steven has a wealth of experience in the marine industry having held numerous management positions within Marine surveying, logistics and stevedoring environments over the past 24 years. Following his appointment to Crawford as the National Marine Manager in 2009, Steven has been instrumental in bringing Crawford Marine & Transportation to the Australian market through the development of a central marine unit for controlling all losses from initial instruction to final report.

James joined the insurance industry in 1994 as an Investigator having formerly been a Detective with NSW Police Force. He then moved into loss adjusting for both an external firm and a leading underwriter, where he was also responsible for managing the internal Adjusting team. James has held a number of prominent positions including with MYI Freemans, as the National Operations Manager, with ACE, as the Claims Operations Manager and prior to that with Guild as the NSW Regional Manager.

Derham commenced his loss adjusting career in 1991 after three years experience in the investigation of WorkCare claims and common law matters. Based in Melbourne, Derham now heads the Crawford national liability team and has overall responsibility for the product line. Derham specialises in major personal injury claims, product liability losses in addition to product guarantee/recall claims. His experience in personal injury claims relates predominantly to litigated matters.

Michael is an experienced professional with an extensive background in the insurance and energy delivery industries with leading national and global organisations in a career spanning 25 years. His appointment to Crawford Australia as the third party administration manager, based in Melbourne, continues Crawford commitment in providing the complete package of claim solutions. His strong commercial acumen and successful history in analysing strategic business needs enables tailored solutions to claims management programmes.

Graham Ervin commenced as a loss adjuster in 1984 and has worked in Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania. He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (UK) in 1997 and is currently a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters, a Senior Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance and a Certified Insurance Professional. He also holds a Cert IV in Investigative Services as well as in Assessment and Workplace Training. As an adjuster, Graham has handled a wide range of public and products liability, medical negligence, contract works, professional indemnity and employers' liability claims.

Nikki commenced her career in insurance in 1994 following acceptance onto the Royal & SunAlliance trainee programme. Over the years Nikki has worked within both claims and underwriting divisions as a Senior Commercial Claims Controller and Property Underwriter. In 2002, Nikki moved to London and joined Crawford & Company as a Customer Relationship Manager. In 2004 she became Head of Client Services and in 2008 returned to Australia joining Crawford locally as National Marketing Manager.

Elizabeth West has nearly 30 years experience in the insurance industry working within the UK and Australia. She joined Crawford in 2003 to set up and manage an internal claims handling division and was appointed National CAT Manager in 2003 following the Melbourne storms. Elizabeth has successfully managed Crawford's response to several weather related events where national response has been required. These include Cyclone Larry, the Brisbane storms, the Victorian Bushfire tragedy and more recently the hail storms in both Melbourne and Perth in March 2010.
