Graham Ervin commenced as a loss adjuster in 1984 and has worked in Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania. He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (UK) in 1997 and is currently a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters, a Senior Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance and a Certified Insurance Professional. Elizabeth West has nearly 30 years experience in the insurance industry working within the UK and Australia. She joined Crawford in 2003 to set up and manage an internal claims handling division and was appointed National CAT Manager in 2003 following the Melbourne storms. Elizabeth has successfully managed Crawford's response to several weather related events where national response has been required. These include Cyclone Larry, the Brisbane storms, the Victorian Bushfire tragedy and more recently the hail storms in both Melbourne and Perth in March 2010.
